Collections Officers

About the business

My client is a New Zealand owned finance company and is a market leader in their industry.

About the role

They are looking for an experienced Collections Officer to join their Collections team on a permanent basis.

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in in front end collections
  • Make payment arrangements and an "out of the box thinker"
  • Experience working in banking or finance environment  
  • Understanding of consumer finance and associated legislation 
  • Ability to deal with high volume of customers  
  • Making inbound and outbound collection calls 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate  
  • Numerically competent  
  • Ability to hit the ground running!

Accounts Assistant

Part time 2 days a week.  Monday – Tuesday 8.00am-4.30pm - Mangere Based.

We are seeking a very grounded and experienced Accounts Administrator/Sole Charge Office Manager whom can help support a successful medium sized business in Manufacturing.

This role is to step up and take away pressure from the Director whom is taking time out to spend with family and help to run the office and accounts for the business.  You must have experience in MYOB, Debtors, Creditors and general Administration.  You will be answering phones, ordering hardware and learning the industry.  We ideally want someone with flexibility that can take on more hours if necessary when the Director is away. 

This is a great role long term for the right Candidate.  You will have extensive New Zealand experience, excellent communication skills and a down to earth attitude.  You will be dealing daily with the operational staff including Estimators, Sales, Production and Warehouse staff.

The role is paying $30.00per hour and it truly is a great place to work.  Applicants that live in the local area are preferred.
