Our client, based in Onehunga, has established a strong and dynamic presence within their industry, developing a highly efficient brand recognised in the industry.


About the Role:
Responsible for managing the overdue loans, and implementation the organisations policies and procedures on credit and collection activities.  Ensure overdue loans are managed, manage arrears with quality targets, develop relationships, front of house, basic knowledge of lending, process transactions, general admin, data entry and much more!


About the Person:
You will be dynamic, switched on and competitive!  You will possess a no job is too big or too small mentality and you will have a positive and enthusiastic nature. Someone with a good work ethic who is reliable and a strong team player would fit in well with the current close knit team.


Skills needed:
The ideal person will be an experienced B2C Credit Controller who has excellent time management skills and a proven successful track record in credit collection.   You will be well organised, be disciplined in keeping accurate records in the system and have strong process knowledge when it comes to credit control.   Excellent communication and strong relationship development skills are pivotal in ensuring the continuation of their already successful credit control department.

Accounts Receivable and Operations Support


About the business

We have a fabulous Client, based in the heart of Penrose, whom are seeking a new team member to cope with growth.  They are professional company providing services to the commercial and industrial building sectors. 

They are seeking a switched-on individual in an Accounts and Operations Support position.   You will be dually reporting to the Office Manager and the Operations Manager and working in a closeknit team - they are very down to earth and friendly!

About the role

Accounts Receivable

  • Co-ordinating the processing of accounts receivable, invoice
  • Recording customer payments accurately and reconciling account statements
  • Debtor control.

Inventory Control

  • Support the Store person where needed with Stock Management including:
  • Monthly Stock Takes
  • Stock Reconciliation
  • Customer Order Dispatch
  • Goods In & Out Maintenance
  • Picking Slip Maintenance
  • Warranty goods/returns

Operations

  • Poject Progress Claims & Invoicing
  • Service Contract & Service Invoicing
  • Project Hardware Deliveries are achieved
  • Team Monthly KPI deadlines and reporting
  • Project Progress – Target Completion Dates & KPI's
  • Project Variation Document Control

Health and Safety

  • All documentation is maintained and controlled in accordance with the H & S policy and procedures
  • Manage Health and Safety training and demonstrations in-house.
  • Manage Health and Safety gear
  • Industry registration maintenance (e.g. Site Safe Passports)
  • Facilities Management

Skills and experience

  • Intermediate experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong Administration skills including excellent Excel skill
  • Experience in Operations, Supply Chain or similar
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Must be a New Zealand Permanent Resident
