The primary purpose of this position is to support the CRM Manager and Team Leader with the daily operations, recruitment, management and coaching of the inbound and outbound team to meet the desired objectives and targets.
Provide leadership, track reports and provide analysis of team performances, maintain and develop the staff training processes. Manage the induction process, staff development and performance management process.
Ensuring that the internal stakeholders and external stakeholder communications are top notch so that the brand image is promoted via various mediums i.e phone, email and internet.
You will have at least a couple of years experience in an outbound call centre or 4 years team leading exposure.
This is a base + commission role. Very conveniently located close to the train station. Fun and driven team environment - this contact centre offers normal working hours which is unheard of!
