About the role

They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeman, with Gantry Crane experience (Licensed).  This is a full time permanent position based in Mt Wellington.

 

Skills and experience

Warehouse Storeman Needed!!

 

With clients all over Auckland, we are in serious need of some great Storemen!

We have several roles, with locations ranging from East Tamaki to the Bombays with some great companies who need experienced Storemen who have previously worked in a  Warehouse to join their teams.

There are varied driving and stores positions and you will be working in fast paced, high pressured FMCG or commercial environments where you can put your multitasking skills to the test!

Responsibilities:

  • Inwards and outwards goods handling
  • Devanning
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Heavy lifting (up to 20KG)
  • Despatch
  • Operating a Forklift to move, locate or re-locate stock
  • General warehousing duties
  • Chillar Packhouse 

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful in these role, we are looking for someone with;

  • Current Forklift Licence - F endorsement
  • If you have Counter Balance, Reach and MPI Accreditation - even better!
  • Good geographical knowledge of Auckland
  • A minimum of a Restricted Drivers Licence with reliable transport
  • Solid warehousing experience      
  • Physically fit and able to lift to 20 kgs      
  • Good history of being reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Good knowledge on Health and Safety
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
  • Class 2/4/5 Truck Licence would be an added bonus.

Our client based in South of South Auckland, are looking for a Warehouse & Chiller Team leader.  A family owned business which is trusted and a household name. They are committed to manufacturing and supplying products at a very high quality. They have been providing in the North Island for the last 30+ years.  Well established and recogised brand.

 

About the role

Supervise staff on the floor

  • Communication of work flow to staff
  • Roster management of x3 shifts
  • Lead the chiller area
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts
  • Report any maintenance requirements
  • Stock management
  • Devanning
  • Current Forklift License ideal
  • Advise of any roadblocks
  • And just have the ability to lead by example

A good salary is on offer, working across 2 shifts.  On the occasion you maybe requested to start earlier but that would mean you would still work an 8 hour day.  Fantastic, supportive environment, reporting into the Chiller Supervisor

Service Electrician

This large, well established multinational has been offering exceptional service to the wider Auckland region for decades. Ensuring client satisfaction, quality workmanship and health and well-being of all employees are in their highest interests. They have requirements for service electricians to be based out of their South Auckland office to service South Auckland clients.

The Role:
Maintain current clients based around the South Auckland area.
Undertake high standard of servicing, overhaul, maintenance, and technical services
Maintain customer services to high level

What you need:
Ideally you will be qualified in electrical engineering and have 3 years + experience 
in a similar role or be a registered electrician. You will need to be comfortable and capable working unsupervised and have a drive for carrying out top quality work. 
A full drivers licence is essential for this job.
