To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong sales acumen with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the mechanical, fluid dynamics, hydraulics or associated engineering fields.
  • Ability to build strong networks and turn leads into viable sales
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, CRM)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar
  • Able to assimilate new technology with ease.

NPD Innovation Technologist(Dairy)

The core purpose of this role will be to support the design and execution of new product development and innovation whilst working closely with the Innovation Manager to achieve the Company’s strategic growth objectives.  You will be required to lead projects with a high level of independence. You will handle technical projects related to new product development, products and process improvement, new markets access and ingredients management.  Reporting directly to the Innovation Manager you will lead technical initiatives from concept to launch through the stage gate process.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Food Technology/Food science/Dairy Technology) with 5 years working in the dairy sector with milk powders or infant formula
  • Ability to develop strong product pipeline
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (local and international)
  • Proven formulations experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills concept to commercialisation
  • Abel to gather multiple sources of information and apply technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to identify new as well as cost improvement opportunities
  • Adept at reporting and presenting, (project status, updates, plans, milestones and outcomes as required.)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key Stakeholders and Suppliers.

Field Service Technician

Due to growth they currently require a Field Service Technician to work across the Waikato region.  The successful candidate will manage all onsite maintenance, on site repair and manage new product installations for the region.  This role will combine a solid knowledge of chemistry and engineering principals.

Ideally your experience would come from the agricultural, water, waste water, manufacturing, hydraulics, dairy, environmental or energy sectors. You will also have experience or knowledge of pipe work, pumps, filters and electrical controls. 

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Qualifications and proven experience in service and operation in the Water Treatment sector.
  • Tertiary level qualification in chemistry
  • Advanced level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced with Inventory systems
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Well developed communication skills both written and oral
  • Project management experience
  • Previous experience in territory management with strong organisational skills.
