Hayden Travers - Consultant/General Manager

Hayden has over 12 years experience in International Freight Forwarding, Operations and Account Executive roles. He has a strong customer service focus and a successful sales background. Hayden moved to Star Personnel in 2004, adapting his knowledge and skills to tackle the Recruitment industry. He has what can only be described as a "unique sense of humour", he is an ex rugby player who has refocused his energies into the recruitment game, where the injuries are limited to paper cuts.

Joanne Travers - Consultant/Director

Joanne has over 10 years experience in secretarial, PA and Sales positions including advertising so she has a strong understanding of candidates and clients needs in the support staff area. With over seven years Recruitment experience, four of those with Star Personnel, Joanne endeavours to provide you with outstanding 'STAR' service. Joanne has a passion and background in the Performing Arts and has been awarded the prestigious office "Academy Award" for several of her STAR performances.

Lilian Simnor - Recruitment Consultant

Lilian comes from a sales background with many years experience in running her own business. She has inspired, coached and trained many people and has the ability to recognize people’s potential assisting them to reach their goals and achievements. Transferring these skills to recruitment Lilian is passionate about finding out her Clients needs and Candidates expectations to ensure the right outcome for both parties. Lilian is not only a talented recruiter but a fine cook and the office often benefit with samples of her fine culinary delights.
