What’s even more satisfying is successfully recruiting a superstar and seeing them develop throughout their career. Knowing her efforts impact people’s lives is what keeps Kya motivated and passionate about her job.

If Kya isn’t recruiting then you’ll probably find her down at the local football club on Saturdays, exploring new parks and playgrounds with her daughter or at home watching the latest Netflix sensation.

Hayden has over 12 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding in Operations and Account Executive roles. He has a strong customer service focus and a successful sales background. Hayden moved to Star Personnel in 2004, adapting his knowledge and skills to tackle the Recruitment industry. He has what can only be described as a "unique sense of humour", he is an ex rugby player who has refocused his energies into the Recruitment game, where the injuries are limited to paper cuts. 

Joanne has over 25 years' experience in Recruiting for a range of Clients, building strong relationships and delivering on what is needed. Her background in Secretarial, PA and Sales positions including advertising helps her have a strong understanding of candidates and clients' needs across a wide range of areas. 

Her passion and background in the Performing Arts and has awarded her the prestigious office "Academy Award" for several of her STAR performances. 

Kimberley previously worked in the freight forwarding industry and then moved on to working for an appliance importer for nearly 6 years, handling commercial sales and customer service. She has been in the recruitment industry for 8 years, successfully recruiting across all roles in freight forwarding, transport, shipping, and logistics.

Outside of work she likes to cook, has a keen interest in interior design, and you will find her in the gym most days.
