Our Client is a leader in the distribution of consumable products nationwide to all business sectors based in Penrose. Currently they are looking for an Accounts Clerk, primarily focussed on Accounts Payable using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a small busy team and a safe and stable company with long term Employees, so these roles don't come up very often!
Qualifications & experience
- You will have at least 2 years New Zealand experience in an Accounts Assistant role but would really like to concentrate on Accounts Payables
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage or similar system essential
- Fast and accurate data entry skills and excellent communication skills and a vibrant personality!!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing of all Account Payables on a timely basis and maintaining complete and accurate Supplier accounts and processes.
- Back up to Accounts Receivable
- Dealing with the procurement department, branch stock controllers and Branch Managers internally and external Suppliers and Customers.
