Cargo Coordinator

Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational logistics company with a global presence and have been operating for over 50 years. Renowned for their expertise in handling complex, high-profile projects, they are industry leaders in transporting cargo for the entertainment sector—including concerts, live events, and touring productions—revolutionizing how logistics are managed in the world of entertainment.

They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team and hit the ground running.

The Role

The functions of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing imports and export shipments, mainly project work
• Work very closely with oversea agents, internal departments, devanning stations and 3rd party customs brokers
• Tracking all cargo and monitoring shipments, updating clients on any possible delays
• Coordinating the movement of cargo, organising unpacking and packing
• Facilitate deliveries
• Some rostered weekend work
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Domestic travel to oversee some of the larger shows and events

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have prior experience in event / show logistics as a roadie or in international freight forwarding. This is a hands-on, end-to-end operational and customer service position. Experience with project-based work is advantageous but not essential.
