Export Seafreight Operator

About the role:

In this role you will be responsible for liaising with clients regarding the packing of FCL and LCL containers, producing documentation, coordinating with customers, shippers and internal departments for export and processing accounts within a timley manner. Customer service is a key part of this role! 

Functions of the Role 

• Processing all export bookings for retail and wholesale customers
• FAK consolidations 
• Arranging all cartage for LCL & FCL shipments with cartage team
• Processing of documentation 
• Invoicing customers
• Pre Alerts to overseas agents 
• Processing shipping line bookings
• Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction throughout the export process
