Field Sales Representative - Go Getters - looking for a career KICK START - we need you! We have multiple positions available with market leaders in International Freight Forwarding, Transport and Logistics in Auckland. You may have a couple of years of experience in the industry or similar in Customer Services/Sales Support or Import or Export Operations looking to get into a fully fledged Sales Representative role or simply Graduated with an interest in these industries. With great training and support - you can really build a fabulous CAREER in the industry!!
What you will be doing in your role:
- Targeting new Customers through various channels, cold calling, sales planning, database prospecting, booking in Client Visits, face to face presentations, follow up and building your pipeline
- Building rapport and trust with Customers by being informed about Customer’s business and the market
- Assesses the type and size of Customer needs and recommends solutions based on Customer needs by using industry knowledge
- Keeping CRM information up to date and accurate
Skills and Experience
- Graduate degree - Supply Chain and Logistics / Commerce / B Com / International Business or Management or 2-5 years experience in the International Freight Forwarding arena in either Customer Service/Operations/Sales Support or Sales
- You have strong numerical skills, an eye for detail with solid computer skills, be organised, goal driven and able to work autonomously!
- Excellent communication skills, professionally presented, be relatable and confident to hit the road and sell!!
- You must has a current NZ Driver's licence
